Since Quest 2 was released, we noticed that people were always be troubled by the insufficient quality and uncomfortableness of the stock strap and elite strap, we decide to find out a solution for you.
After 8 months of constant revision and test, we finally have this upgraded deluxe head strap out.

Tips: Make sure the battery cable firmly plugs into your headset, it should be a loud click sound when properly fitting in. If the cable head not completely plugged into the headset, the cable will be loose and cause the charge problem easily
About the battery strap not working or slow charging issues, please try to reset your VR, or update the VR version from V47 to V49
